Nobody ever asks, “What book?”

On 9/29/20, after Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe declassified Russian intelligence and Obama cia Director John Brennan’s handwritten notes from mid-2016, it became clearer that the book guiding the Obama Regime on this entire narrative — from page one — was written by Hillary Rodham Clinton.

“In late July 2016,” wrote Ratcliffe, “Russian intelligence analysis alleg[ed] that U.S. Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton had approved a campaign plan to stir up a scandal against U.S. Presidential candidate Donald Trump by tying him to Putin and the Russians’ hacking of the Democratic National Committee.”

Brennan then briefed President Obama and his national security bigwigs on the “alleged approval by Hillary Clinton on July 26, 2016 of a proposal … to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by Russian security services.” Hillary wrote the plot, invented the characters’ roles, and set the marching orders.

On September 7, 2016, intelligence officials forwarded an investigative referral to James Comey and Peter Strzok on “Hillary Clinton’s approval of a plan concerning … candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering U.S. elections as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private mail server.” An investigation that was deep-sixed, edited out of the storyline.

The whole “Russia, Russia, Russia” shebang was cooked up by the Crooked One, and the Obama crew marched to her directives — chapter and verse. They still are.

On 10/9/20, Hillary Clinton told The Atlantic, “With the 2020 election, we know … that the Russians are at it again, disinformation is at it again.”

And look how useful that plotline is for the Clinton-Obama-Biden agenda. The moment an awkward plot twist like the Hunter Biden “laptop from hell” arises, out whips the Hillary script:

But the Hillary script has finally met the ultimate shredder: the truth. Hillary has now lost control of the plot. She will not be the one writing the ending, nor will she like it. Because this time, it really will be “by the book.” The book titled Code of Laws of the United States of America.
