What a difference a new Presidential election makes. After spending years dissing the Electoral College that thwarted her in 2016, Hillary Clinton has now set her sights on it, as a new institution to corrupt. Like a has-been actress doing reverse-mortgage commercials, she’s desperate to stay semi-relevant in her chosen field: tainting electoral politics.

“I’m an elector in New York!” Hillary exclaimed on 10/29/20, as quoted at Fox5NY. “I’m sure I’ll get to vote for Joe and Kamala in New York. So, that’s pretty exciting. Can’t wait.”

She is one of 29 Democrat New York electors (along with her husband, who’s also on the slate, but for some reason nobody in the media ever mentions him) who will vote “on Monday after the second Wednesday in December,” according to the Constitution — December 14, in this case.

One can be certain that she’s been conniving behind the scenes, putting down her chips, using her well-worn Clinton Playbook to pressure, bribe, blackmail, and intimidate fellow electors all over the country. Depending on what happens with the courts, Hillary may well play an outsize (ahem) role here. She chose this potentially key dirt-slinging position for a reason.

Remember how in 2016 the entire media energy was focused on getting Trump electors to “flip”? At the time, The Washington Post even referred to the Electoral College as the “emergency brake.” Here’s how they covered the process on 12/17/16, in “Thousands Urge Electoral College to Block Trump at Monday Vote”:

Pressure on members of the Electoral College to select someone other than Donald Trump has grown dramatically — and noisily — in recent weeks, causing some to waver… [The] 305 Republican electors who are supposed to cast their votes for Trump have been subject to intense campaigns orchestrated by anti-Trump forces to convince them that they alone can block the reality-television star from the White House… Rather than persuade an entire country, [anti-Trump forces] must find 37 Republicans willing to vote for someone else, a tipping point at which the responsibility of picking the President would shift to the U.S. House of Representatives.

Who do you think was behind that elector-flipping attempt in 2016? You guessed it: the most cheated-on woman in America, Hillary Rodham Clinton. That turned out to be just a practice round for her. Now she’s actually inside the EC, which she views as a prime takeover target for her nefarious operations. Should Donald Trump be poised for a Court-supported Electoral College surge, Hillary (and her fellow elector minions) will become The Wall to thwart him — this time. She thinks.
